Print Console 'hangs' while imaging

Symptoms

   Intermittently, Print Console hangs at a certain percentage while imaging a VLF plate. After a full reboot, the customer can output the same plate with no problem. When the Response Center dials in and checks the event viewer, a PGenDev2E crashes with C++ Exception error is found at the time when the hung up occurred.

Cause

   A bug with the PGenDev2E.exe reported in PR# JFAE-000091.

Solution

   Install Prinergy Patch 2.0.7.22
