Missing DLL files

Symptoms

   When attempting to run Print Console, an error message reports that the application cannot run because of missing *.dll files.

Cause

  

The dll files are located in a different directory because of the installation of other software.

Solution

   To copy the missing dll files to the WinNt/System32 directory:
  1. In Windows Explorer, navigate to the WinNt/System32/VC6 directory.
  2. Copy all the dll files in that directory to the WinNT/System32 directory.
  3. Launch Print Console.
