Job Failure, "Internal Error", workaround fix, no patch applied

Symptoms

   Job fails immediately after approved, with the status "Internal Error" in Processed Q.

Cause

  

Print Console does not recognize the Medium material "Film"; job fails and moves to the Processed Q immediately.

Solution

   Set the Medium material to "Aluminum Plate" or, apply the 3.3.1.11 Patch 1, then set the Medium material to "Film".
