Symptoms

   Job fails immediately after approved, with the status "Internal Error" in Processed Q.

Cause

  

Print Console sets Medium material to "Other" instead of "Film": job fails and moves to the Processed Q immediately.

Solution

   Set the Medium material to "Film".
