Product description

The Creo TIFF Front End Lite (TFEL) is a workstation package used for Quality Control and Plate Ganging of TIFF files. It consists of a PC workstation loaded with the following software components:

Copydot Toolkit Viewer 4.0 Allows the operator to view 1-bit TIFF files prior to imaging Copydot Toolkit site
TIFF Assembler 2.1 Assembles multiple 1-bit TIFF files onto a single piece of media. The user can define the resolution of the TIFF files. TIFF Assembler page
NFS Maestro Client
(must be installed onsite)		   For connectivity to Brisque Expose. Connecting TIFF Assembler to Brisque DFE Using Hummingbird NFS Maestro Client

This open system accepts uncompressed 1-bit TIFF files in stripped format that are compressed with G4 or Packbits compression formats. CopyDot ToolKit Viewer is used to verify the files. TIFF Assembler gangs the files and outputs a final TIFF to the Brisque Expose hot folder for imaging on the device.

G3, LZW and Tiled format are not supported and will not work in either TIFF Front End Lite, or TIFF Assembler.
