Error

27002/43003:  Particulate only collection (POC) debris removal is not enabled on this device

Symptoms

The firmware command POC start fails.

Cause

Debris removal is not configured in NVS.

Solution

If the media requires debris removal, and a UDRC has been installed and is connected to the output device:

• For MPE devices, check that the NVS value SET SYS DBIN is set to 1 for POC debris removal.
• For MCE devices, check that OPTION DEBRIS UDRCB ENABLE is enabled.
• For Lotem Control Software, check that the following registry parameters are set:
• ..\LOTEM400V\MACHINE\UDRC Installed
  (set to 1 for UDRC-B)
• ..\LOTEM400V\IO OBJECTS\DISTRIBUTION\SOLENOIDS SWITCH\Debris Removal\Open
  (set to 1)
