Error

27003/43003:  Particulate and chemical collection (PACC) debris removal is not enabled on this device

Symptoms

Firmware commands PACC init and PACC start fail.

Cause

Debris removal is not configured for processless media in NVS, or the bell mouth or differential pressure sensor failed to initialize.

Solution

Cause 1:  Debris removal is not configured for processless media in NVS.
Solution:  If the media requires debris removal, and a UDRC-L has been installed and is connected with the output device:

  • For MPE devices, check that the NVS parameter SET SYS DBIN = 2 for PACC debris removal.
  • For MCE devices, check that OPTION DEBRIS UDRCL ENABLE is enabled.
  • For Lotem Control Software, check the registry entries:
    • ..\LOTEM400V\MACHINE\UDRC Installed
      (set to 2 for UDRC-L)
    • ..\LOTEM400V\IO OBJECTS\DISTRIBUTION\SOLENOIDS SWITCH\Debris Removal\Open
      (set to 1)
  • Also check the nozzle sensor installed parameter:
    • ;MPE/MCE:  set debris nsi (or nozzle sensor installed) = 1
    • Lotem Control Software:  UDRC Registry check nozzle sensor = 1.
Cause 2:  The bell mouth or differential pressure sensor failed to initialize
Solution:  Before the system initializes the pressure sensor, it checks the configuration. If UDRC-L is not recognized, it issues this error.
