27006/43006:  The flow rate is below the minimum required

Symptoms

Blower performance is below the minimum necessary to collect debris.

Cause

The voltage is too low at the cabinet, or the filter has plugged suddenly, or there is mechanical damage to the blower.

Solution

Cause 1:  Voltage too low at the cabinet. The cabinet has been moved to a lower voltage location or a long extension cord has been added.
Solution:  Increase the voltage. The minimum operating voltage is 190V at the cabinet.

Cause 2:  Sudden plugging of filter.
Solution:  Replace the particle filter.

Cause 3:  Mechanical damage to blower
Solution:  Replace the blower.
