Error |
|
27010/43010: The particulate filter is full. You must replace the particulate filter to continue imaging. |
|
Symptoms |
|
Flow is below the minimum allowable. You may have recently seen the error number 27009/43009: particulate filter almost full. |
|
Cause |
|
The debris removal particulate filter is almost full, or the NVS/software parameters are incorrect, or a brand new particulate filter has been installed. |
|
Solution |
|
Cause 1: The particulate filter is full.
Solution: Replace the particulate filter and order a replacement. See the label on the back of the cabinet, the user guide, or the filter itself for the filter part number.
Note: Once the filter is full you cannot image plates until it is replaced.
Cause 2: Incorrect NVS/software parameters.
Solution: Type set debris or look up the UDRC registry values. Compare these values to the master reference tables on page 1 of the Debris Removal Firmware Guide - Parameter Values, Descriptions and Flowchart.
Cause 3: The error message displays right after a brand new particulate filter has been installed.
Solution:
- Clean the debris collection nozzle, especially the small pressure sensing hole in the nozzle.
- Check along the length of the vacuum collection hose for small holes, poor hose connections, or kinks.
- If this is a UDRC-L (with chemical filter), inspect the top of the chemical filter. There should be a white filter paper just below the filter screen. If there is a leak in the particulate filter (blown gasket or puncture), the filter paper will no longer be white (its new colour depends on the media type). To clean the chemical filter:
- Blow off the accumulation of debris on the chemical filter paper using compressed air
- Reinstall the chemical filter
- Check for an increase in the system flow rate.
- Check that the UDRC main power is plugged into a receptacle with sufficient voltage (200 VAC).
