Error

27020/43020:  The chemical filter has expired. You must replace the chemical filter and reset the output device to continue imaging.

Symptoms

Cause

The chemical filter is full.

Solution

Replace the filter and order a replacement. See the label on the back of the cabinet, the user guide, or the filter itself for the filter part number. You MUST perform a hard reset after replacing the filter (turn the output device off / on).

Note:  Once the filter is full, you can no longer image plates until it is replaced.
