27023/43023:  The chemical filter usage calculated is negative

Symptoms

Cause

The software has generated a negative filter usage value. The system will not let itself add on a negative value, which is the equivalent of adding life to the filter.

Solution

This is a software error that should never happen. Escalate immediately to Product Development.
