Error

27026/43026:  Timeout: the pressure sensor output failed to stabilize

Symptoms

Cause

With the blower off the system is checking the pressure sensor(s) to see if they are stable. The system thinks that the pressure is fluctuating, and can't determine a stable reading to set the offset.

Solution

  1. Unplug the sensing line(s) to the offending sensor.
  2. Reset the output device.
    • If the error is still present, then the sensor is defective and must be replaced.
    • If the error goes away, then the pressure really is unstable and the cause must be determined.
  3. If the nozzle sensor is unstable, try cleaning the nozzle (see cleaning instructions.)
  4. Reboot the device and try again.
  5. Replace the appropriate sensor.
