Perform complete power calibration on the head. This command is run in the factory, which should be sufficient for image quality. In the field, we have seen some image quality problem following this command. Particularly, this command should never be run on heads with only 60 diodes in the field.

| Generates power curves, then calibrates every media stroke for the medias which require calibration.
| This is intended to be the most frequently used power calibration command.
| The power calibration runs in the background, so you can still type commands while it is running. You can stop the calibration with "cal abort", and see the status with "cal status".
| Power curves are lookup tables, used to approximately set diode powers. Given a desired power, we use the curve to look up the current. Power curves are used for manual control, such as "ld all 800 mw". Also, for medias which do not require stroke calibration, power curves are used to set the power during plotting.
| Stroke calibration can be performed on the stroke of each media. When the "calibrate" parameter of a media is set to true, the stroke is further refined during stroke calibration. The optimal currents are found and stored in the "currents" media parameter. During plotting, the diode currents are loaded from the "currents" media parameter. As you can see, for medias which require stroke calibration, you must do stroke calibration after the media stroke has been changed.
| To analyze a media stroke, use the "analyze" command. It sets the diode powers as if plotting, i.e. choosing between power curves or stroke currents based on the value of the "calibrate" media parameter. The accuracy of the stroke is then measured and reported.
