The registry consists of three 32K blocks of flash used as primary, secondary and baseline parameter sections. The primary and secondary sections provide a redundant backup for reading and writing registry keys ( or parameters ) while the baseline section provides a baseline for the registry keys ( or parameters ).
| The monitor command reg erase will erase both the primary and secondary parameter sections. As a result, the monitor command reg erase should not be used except during integration of the thermal head and when both the primary and secondary parameter sections are corrupt.
| The monitor command reg erase baseline will erase the baseline parameter section. As a result, the monitor command reg erase baseline should not be used except during integration of the thermal head and when the baseline parameter section is corrupt.
| Note that during initialization, the firmware will automatically create all registry keys using defaults.
