TH1.7 cable cover, part number 57-5934A

Problem

The cable cover interferes with cable assembly 10-5085A.

Solution

Remove the cable cover from the head.

Tools needed

2.5–mm hex key

Procedure

1. Using a 2.5–mm hex key, loosen the two screws on the cable cover (PN 57-5934A).
   
2. Remove the cable cover.
3. Replace the two screws on the head.
   

Note: Do not transfer the cover to a new head. Either dispose of the cover or return it with any failed heads.

Action required

Remove the cable cover the next time you have access to the thermal head.
