Solution |
Wire mesh is clogged On a 3244 Trendsetter (serial numbers S1 to S65), the overheating can be caused by a clogged wire mesh filter at the end of the flexible hose from the head. The filter is located on the left (fan box) side on the bulkhead where the cabinet moves away from the engine (after pressing the white release button), where the blower mates to the flexible hose that goes to the head. If this is the case, remove the wire mesh filter as per FCO B624. Blower motor failure The blower pulls air from inside the device and through the head. It exhausts outside the device. Replace the motor. |
