LDD: Laser Current=<Laser Current> Amps
LDD: Diode Temperature=<Diode Temperature> C
LDD: Laser On Time=<Laser On Time> Hours
LDD: Product Model=<Product Model>
LDD: Head Model=<Head Model>

If WLP burst data is available, all laser diode control modes will display the WLP burst data as follows:

LDD: WLP Firmware Version/Revision=<Version>/<Revision>
LDD: Cold Plate Temperature=<Cold Plate Temperature> C
LDD: TEC Current=<TEC Current> Amps
LDD: Setpoint Temperature=<Setpoint Temperature> C

The laser diode control mode is set by the monitor command ldd mode (calibrate|monitor|power|retrace|suspend|current|simulate|reset|_standby|off) [<setpoint>] The laser diode control mode will be one of the following:
  • Calibrate
  • Monitor
  • Power
  • Retrace
  • Suspend
  • Current
  • Simulate
  • Reset
  • Standby
  • Off

The laser diode control status is determined by the laser diode control mode and the current state of the laser diode driver. The laser diode control status will be one of the following:
  • Calibrate
  • Monitor
  • Power
  • Retrace
  • Suspend
  • Current
  • Reset
  • Standby
  • Detect
  • Unstable
  • Beam-pointing
  • Settling
  • Saturation
  • No Beam
  • Current Limit
  • Clamp Failure
  • Monitor Recovered
  • Power Recovered
  • Retrace Recovered
  • Initialize
  • Over-temperature
  • Off

The last shutdown state is determined by the firmware. When the laser diode driver control mode is configured to "Calibrate", "Power", "Standby", "Current" or "Simulate", the shutdown state is initialized to "None". The shutdown state will be one of the following:
  • No Beam
  • Detect Failure
  • Calibrate Failure
  • Current Limit
  • WLP Fatal Error, <WLP Status>
  • Diode Over-Temperature
  • Temperature Fatal Error
  • Burst Not Available
  • None

The WLP status is determined from the WLP board. The WLP status will be one of the following:
  • Normal
  • LD Temperature Below Setpoint
  • LD Temperature Above Setpoint
  • LD Over Temperature
  • Unknown ( status code 4 )
  • LD Over Current
  • Unknown ( status code 6 )
  • Unknown ( status code 7 )
  • Unknown ( status code 8 )
  • Temperature Sensor Open-Circuit
  • Software Timeout
  • Coolant Failure
  • LD Current Below Setpoint
  • WLP Identifier
  • LD Offline ( safety fault )
  • Unknown ( status code 15 )
  • Unstable
  • Reset

The setpoint power is the desired laser power for the "Calibrate", "Monitor", "Power", "Retrace" and "Standby" laser diode control modes.

The laser power is the measured laser power for the "Calibrate", "Monitor", "Power", "Retrace" and "Standby" laser diode control modes. Note that laser power is only measured in the "Calibrate" and "Monitor" laser diode control modes.

The setpoint current is the desired laser current for the "Current", "Simulate" and "Standby" laser diode control modes.

The laser current is the current that has been set by the laser diode driver.

The diode temperature is the temperature that has been read from a temperature sensor mounted on the laser diode.

The laser on time is maintained by the NVS parameter ldd laserontime.

The WLP burst data includes the WLP firmware version, the WLP firmware revision, the cold plate temperature, the TEC current and the laser diode setpoint temperature. Note that the TEC current is only available if the WLP firmware version is A.

The product model is configured by the host. The product model will be one of the following:
  • SQUAREspot Imaging
  • P33 Imaging

The head model is determined from the exposure head. The head model will be one of the following:
  • SQUAREspot Imaging
  • P33 Imaging

Notes Thermal 1.0 / 1.7x equivalents:
  • The monitor command ldd info is equivalent to head status dtd.
