Configure host access to the system parameters.
| System parameters are the parameters in the exposure head that the host can read and / or write. The host must write system parameters to the exposure head as required by the exposure head. The host can read system parameters from the exposure head as required by the host.
| Normally when the host writes a system parameter, the exposure head will write the system parameter as required. For testing purposes, the user can configure the exposure head to ignore the host writes of specific system parameter(s) and instead use private NVS parameter(s). A private NVS parameter is not visible to the user but allows the configuration to be restored after the exposure head is reset. Any user modifications of the system parameter are automatically saved by the private NVS parameter.
| The monitor command sys parm access <index> disable will disable host access to the system parameter and create a private NVS parameter to maintain the system parameter. The monitor command sys parm access <index> enable will enable host access to the system parameter and delete the private NVS parameter.
