Description

During the plot, black lines appear, running from the center of the plot to the away side. The lines run around the drum and are about 1 mm wide. This happened on a system using Prinergy. For more detail refer to the sample picture above, and the closeup below.

Cause

The lines were caused by a broken coupling screw on the lead screw. For more detail refer to the picture below. It was initially thought that the lines were caused by Prinergy running too slowly, but this was not the case.

Solution
