Warning [CEH:Warning Fault [02517] Light Valve: A data overflow has been detected]

Symptoms

Plates come out blank, but the job doesn't fail. Warning 02517 is generated.

Cause

The hotlink cable is disconnected. Firmware version 1.05c and 1.05d do not detect a disconnected hotlink cable.

Solution

Connect the hotlink cable properly or, if necessary, replace it.
