Thermal3 Command: bpd on (dual|a|b)


Description	The "On" beam-pointing control mode will enable the beam-pointing driver, initialize the piezo voltages, initialize the PID controllers and enable the beam-pointing control loop. The operation of the beam-pointing control loop is determined by the sensor mode ( configured by the NVS parameter as "Normal", "Differential" or "PSD" ) and the laser mode ( configured by the command argument as "Dual", "A" or "B" ).
Notes	Thermal 1.0 / 1.7x equivalents:
	The monitor command bpd on (dual\|a\|b) does not have an equivalent.
	Thermal 2 equivalents:
	The monitor command bpd on (dual\|a\|b) is comparable to bpd mode (on\|update\|hold\|off).
