Thermal3 Command: ldd setup


Description	Setup the laser power controller(s).
	The steps to setup the laser power controller(s) are as follows:
	Start the data logger. Zero the laser diode sensor. Characterize both of the laser diodes. Tune the laser power controller. Stop the data logger.
Notes	Thermal 1.0 / 1.7x equivalents:
	The monitor command ldd setup does not have an equivalent.
	Thermal 2 equivalents:
	The monitor command ldd setup does not have an equivalent.
