Thermal 3 Errorcode: [08201] Cache initialization failed


Service Information	During initialization, the cache subsystem attempts to read all NVS parameters. This will initialize the entire cache subsystem and verify all required resources. If any error occurs, the cache subsystem is disabled and this error is returned for all monitor commands.
	Note that immediately after initialization, the actual error that caused the initialization failure ( as well as this error ) will be displayed on the diagnostic port.
Operator Action	Call service.
Causes	Problems with the registration of NVS parameters. This would tend to indicate a problem with the registry ( such as a corrupt registry ). Firmware error that will occur during firmware development and testing.
