Service Information To avoid generating spurious focus errors at the end of an image as the head moves off the media the focus enters a hold state after the specified number of active swaths. If the number of imaging swaths during this hold state exceeds the number set with the maximum swaths to hold parameter this error is generated.

  • The number of image swaths or the maximum swaths to hold parameters are set incorrectly.
