This error occurs when the auto focus system takes too many drum rotations to establish a plate profile table which can be tracked with minimum focus error during a 'focus learn' or a 'focus adjust' operation.
| Minimum focus error is established when the error does not exceed +/-10 microns more than 10 times in a single drum rotation. This minimum focus error condition must be established within a maximum of 10 drum rotations or this error is generated. In a typical normal scenario, the focus error falls to less than 5 microns on any sample period of 100 us and remains steady within 3 drum rotations.

Check plate loading, proper media settings, attempted imaging over clamps or other invalid plate areas.
