Thermal 3 Errorcode: [01030] Focus Tracking Error


Service Information	This 'error' is actually just a warning. It occurs if the focus tracking error exceeds +/- 10 microns on any plot. The error is sent to the host to warn the operator that image focus problems may be manifest. A tracking error of greater than 10 microns does not guarantee a focus errors. For this reason the plot is allowed to continue to avoid wasting the plate. However, the plate may need to be examined closely for focus errors.
Operator Action	Examine the current plate for general image quality and focus problems.
