Service Information	Setup of the laser power controller, tuning of the laser power controller, etc, requires the acquisition of A/D samples from the laser diode sensor. Failure to acquire laser diode sensor samples indicates either a hardware failure or a firmware development error.
Operator Action	Call service.
Causes	A hardware failure preventing the generation of A/D samples. Firmware error that will occur during firmware development and testing.
