Thermal 3 Errorcode: [05801] Light valve initialization failed


Service Information	During initialization, the light valve driver attempts to read all NVS parameters, initialize the light valve control mode and initialize the state of all pixels. This will initialize the entire light valve driver and verify all required resources. If any error occurs, the light valve driver is disabled and this error is returned for all monitor commands.
	Note that immediately after initialization, the actual error that caused the initialization failure ( as well as this error ) will be displayed on the diagnostic port.
Operator Action	Call service.
Causes	The satellite boards are not present. Problems with the registration of NVS parameters. This would tend to indicate a problem with the registry ( such as a corrupt registry ). Firmware error that will occur during firmware development and testing.
