Service Information	An attempt was made ( by a call to an internal API function ) to put a string and the string queue was full ( after the specified timeout has expired ). This error will indicate a firmware development error. The error may be normal, but it should be handled internally.
Operator Action	Call service.
Causes	Firmware error that will occur during firmware development and testing.
