Service Information	An attempt was made to get a character from the receive buffer and the buffer was empty. This error will indicate a firmware development error. The error may be normal ( the receive buffer could be empty ), but it should be handled internally.
Operator Action	Call service.
Causes	Firmware error that will occur during firmware development and testing.
