Thermal 3 Errorcode: [06213] Failure opening a socket


Service Information	The image data receiver provides support for post-screening raster manipulation ( PSRM ). To initialize the server for the image data receiver, a UDP socket must be opened. This error will indicate a firmware development error.
	Note that enabling the debug information for the plot subsystem will display more specific information.
Operator Action	Call service.
Causes	Firmware error that will occur during firmware development and testing.
