Thermal 3 Errorcode: [02016] The subsystem has not registered parameters


Service Information	All subsystems that register a table of parameters must register version information with the version subsystem. The version information is required to determine the subsystem acronym when identifying the subsystem. This error indicates that the specified subsystem is a valid subsystem, but the subsystem did not register a table of parameters.
	Note that the registration may have either failed or not been attempted as a result of a subsystem error during initializaion. This can be verified by determining if there were any initialization errors.
Operator Action	Specify a subsystem that has registered a table of parameters.
Causes	The specified subsystem has not registered a table of parameters.
