Service Information	An attempt was made ( by a call to an internal API function ) to obtain a semaphore and the semaphore was non-signaled. This error will indicate a firmware development error. The error may be normal, but it should be handled internally.
Operator Action	Call service.
Causes	Firmware error that will occur during firmware development and testing.
