Service Information	The firmware and hardware servo interrupt counters do not agree. It is therefore assumed that one or more hardware generated servo interrupt events were not serviced by firmware. The indicates a serious system problem that requires immediate investigation.
Operator Action	Call service.
Causes	A hardware failure on either the head controller board or one of the satellite boards. Firmware error that will occur during firmware development and testing.
