Service Information This error indicates that the satellite configuration is invalid. Note that in a fully functioning production head ( i.e. a head that is not being used in a lab development scenario ), it is expected that the satellite configuration will be valid.

Operator Action Call service.

Causes
  • A hardware failure on either the head controller board or one of the satellite boards.
  • Firmware error that will occur during firmware development and testing.
