Thermal 3 Errorcode: [07802] A registry key already exists


Service Information	During initialization, the firmware verifies that all registry keys ( or parameters ) exist by reading all registry keys. If a registry key does not exist, then a registry key is created using the default value.
	This error indicates that the registry key exists when creating the registry key. Since registry keys should be created only when they do not exist, this is a firmware development error.
Operator Action	Call service.
Causes	Firmware error that will occur during firmware development and testing.
