Thermal 3 Errorcode: [05603] The functionality is not supported


Service Information	This error code indicates the requested functionality is either not supported by the exposure head or is not supported by the hardware version of the exposure head. For example:
	The "Idle" write laser control mode is not supported. The "Init", "Hold", "Startup Seq 0", "Startup Seq 1", "Startup Seq 2", "Startup Seq 3" and "Startup Seq 4" focus control modes are not supported. The internal shutter is not supported. The external shutter is not supported.
Operator Action	Call service.
Causes	Firmware error that will occur during firmware development and testing.
