System parameters are the parameters in the exposure head that the host can read and / or write.
| Normally when the host writes a system parameter, the exposure head will write the system parameter as required. For testing purposes, the user can manually write the system parameter(s) used by the exposure head. This error code indicates that the system parameter either doesn't exist or is read-only.
| When the host accesses a system parameter, the host must identify the system parameter and specify the access type. This error code indicates that either the system parameter doesn't exist or the system parameter is read-only or write-only.
Verify the previous monitor command and enter a valid system parameter.
