Service Information	System parameters are the parameters in the exposure head that the host can read and / or write.
	When the host accesses a system parameter, the host must be prepared to access the correct number of bytes. This error code indicates that the host has specified an incorrect size for the system parameter.
Operator Action	Call service.
Causes	Firmware error that will occur during firmware development and testing.
