Thermal 3 Errorcode: [05620] Failure verifying the system parameters


Service Information	System parameters are the parameters in the exposure head that the host can read and / or write.
	Normally when the host writes a system parameter, the exposure head will write the system parameter as required. However, to prevent constant updates of the the exposure head, the exposure head is only updated if the system parameter has been modified. This error code indicates that a failure occured determining the present state of the exposure head.
	Due to limitations of the Thermal 1.0 / 1.7x interface, the number of error codes that can be returned to the host are limited. Enabling the error translation level for the system subsystem will display a more specific error.
Operator Action	Call service.
Causes	Corruption of the registry. Firmware error that will occur during firmware development and testing.
