Thermal 3 Errorcode: [05646] A fatal fault has been generated for testing


Service Information	By request, the exposure head has generated a fatal fault for testing purposes.
	As a result of the fatal fault, the system fault handler will shutdown the exposure head. Note that this error code is also returned to the host as an unsolicited fatal fault.
Operator Action	None, this is an informational message only.
Causes	By request, the exposure head has generated a fatal fault for testing purposes.
