Service Information	An attempt was made to put a character to either the transmit or receive buffer and the buffer was full. This error will indicate a firmware development error. The error may be normal ( the transmit buffer could be full ), but it should be handled internally.
Operator Action	Call service.
Causes	Firmware error that will occur during firmware development and testing.
