Error

Download of TH3 Firmware Image has Failed

Symptoms

The error occurs when running the TH3 Firmware Installer 1.04.05Release_B0.exe as part of the CR 4.1 bundle.

Cause

To be determined.

Solution

1. Ensure that Print Console is off.
2. Ensure that the file TFTP.exe is present in the folder C:\WINDOWS\system32. Download it here: tftp.zip (Password: kodak).
3. Download the TH3 firmware version 1.04.05 firmware installer (TH3 Head Firmware v1.04.05 Installer ), also available from the TH3 Firmware release page.
4. Run the installer and follow the prompts.
