Use the Media Calibration Wizard to calibrate halftone media focus and exposure parameters on a CTP device. Media Calibration Wizard is a wizard-based tool. You are prompted for the information required to calibrate media for the device and are informed if the wizard detects any errors. A batch label is assigned to each calibration. If you calibrate multiple batches of the same media, you can use rollback to activate a specific batch calibration.
The original focus and exposure parameters for the device and any changes you make are saved. When necessary, you can use the rollback feature to recover a previous calibration.
Note: Feature Licensing is required for Media Calibration Wizard so dongles and licenses must be issued for Media Calibration to operate. See the CFL site for more information.
Media Calibration Wizard 2.0 is currently in Production.
