Service Shell 2.6 (new install only, not upgrade)

Error

The following error message appears: file write or read error. In stdtii_include.spt line 57 col 33

Symptoms

This occurs only in new installs and not in upgrades from Service Shell 2.5 SPx. The Service Shell 2.6 script tool fails to run any TH2 Service and TH2 Expert scripts and this error appears:

Cause

The error is caused by a missing include file from the Service Shell 2.6 install.

Solution

Download tii_config_switch.spt (the missing include file). When you run the script the file will be copied to this folder on the installation drive: \ServiceShell\Scripts\th2\Includes.
