With Nexus in place you should be able to do much more in much less time.
Once a site gets installed and activated in the Nexus system it becomes accessible from anywhere in Creo domain. Anyone who is on the Creo network can now initiate connection and network over to a remote site. This means that now, if you can VPN into Creo network, you can quickly connect to your site from there with just a few mouse clicks.
Since Nexus/RSS brings network-to-network type connectivity, we can maintain multiple simultaneous sessions to a site. In other words, I could be fixing something on a Platemaster Satellite and you could be “tweaking” the head on a Spectrum at the same time. No more waiting for other people to free up the line.
It also means no more RAS phonebooks. You don’t have to diligently gather and maintain notorious Windows RAS phonebooks, configure modems and routes on your laptop and stuff like that. Nexus/RSS takes care of all of that for you. But if you really, really want to stick to what you are using today to communicate you can still do it. RSS will not affect your ability to do so.
