How to Obtain an Evaluation Copy of UpFront 4.x (Kodak Internal Use Only)

Following is the current internal process for those in Kodak who require an evaluation copy of UpFront 4.x software.

1. Contact your local order management team and specify the correct part number:
   634-00423A UpFront v4 Eval Including JDF/CIP4 MIS & Finishing Export - Full Copy
   634-00424A UpFront v4 Eval Including JDF/CIP4 MIS & Finishing Export - Job Builder Only
2. The local order management team will go through SAP and charge it to the appropriate cost center. A product box including a dongle will be shipped to you from Burnaby.
3. The password you receive is valid for a limited amount of time. When the password is about to expire, you can request a six-month extension by sending an e-mail to passwords@kodak.com; include your dongle number in the e-mail.
