Symptoms

Page geometry is lost in Prinergy when using Prepare and Prinergy OPI.

Cause

This problem is caused by a bug in Prinergy 2.0 and earlier.

For RC only: The reason this was not patched for earlier versions of Prinergy is that the OPI engine, connected to the PDF 1.4 flattener, was significantly changed in Prinergy 2.1, and fixing the bug in earlier versions of Prinergy is a significant task.

Solution

Upgrade to Prinergy 2.1.
