Symptoms

Bleeds are not being honored when you are using Prepare and QuarkXPress.

Solution

If you find that bleeds are not being honored when you are using Prepare and QuarkXPress, remove the Custom Bleed extension from the QuarkXPress XTensions folder. This will mean that asymmetric bleeds are not possible, but bleeds will be honored as specified in the QuarkXPress Layout > Print menu.
