Restriction errors appear in Prepare

Symptoms		Various error messages, mostly access restriction errors.

Cause		Prepare is not multi-user account compatible.

Solution		Install and use Prepare only on one user account, preferably the Administrator's user account, or a user account with Administration permissions.
